UKRAINE BY INSTINCT We had arrived by overnight and uncomfortable train to Przemysl in Poland, which is on the border with Ukraine. We had originally planned to stay over for a day in Poland but the two Polish people who sat opposite us on the train had been so rude that we decided to go immediately to Ukraine. Most Polish people we know and have met are amazing supporters of Ukraine but this encounter felt like a warning and at this stage in my life, I always trust my instincts more than outer events. There was a huge queue for passport control or so we thought, later learning it can be much longer. After about half an hour, we started chatting with a lady near us. She was surprised we didn't have a train ticket, 'you must get that first' she said. 😕 We hovered, not really wanting to leave our spot in the queue, so I went online to try and buy a ticket, but just as I was about to buy, the train option vanished from the screen and the helpful lady also moved beyond the ba...
